Panchanga (horoscope for today)

Panchanga is a horoscope for every day, which consists of five elements. If translated into a more understandable language, then this is a description of the quality of time, his mood and what things are best preferred on this day, according to the Panchang.
In order to be able to compose a Panchang on our own, we need to know its components, which are:
1. Solar-Moon yoga (position between the Sun and the Moon relative to each other)
2. Varana (day of the week. 7 days, counting from Sunday, not from Monday as is more usual for us)
3. Nakshatra (constellation in which the Moon is currently located)
4. Tithas (Lunar days. There are 16 of them in total, 14 of which are repeated 2 times and at the end we have 30 lunar days)
5. Karana (half a day. There are a total of 7 mutable karanas and 4 fixed karanas)
For a better understanding of the essence of Panchang, I suggest considering these 5 components in the form of ingredients for our meal for the day. Imagine that a new day brought us 5 beautiful fruits, we can use them as a dessert at a bachelorette party. But 5 fruits will be very little for hard physical work. Let’s say that the next day they bring us 5 types of meat, so it’s better to devote this day to sports with a friend, work out in the gym and cook a delicious high-protein dinner for both of them. If a day brings us 5 vegetables, then you can either make a unloading day for yourself and eat them raw, or prepare stewed vegetables for the older generation, because their energy is not so strong and it is worth taking this into account. I think everything is clear? The universe gives us certain conditions for every day, and we decide how best to live them.
